Not a person but a place. The factory is the boss, the production lines are its limbs, and the drones are its children.
Field Assessment
Three sub-levels of automated production running 24/7. Robotic assembly arms line every surface, normally building drone chassis and armor plates. Conveyor belts carry ammunition and components. Blast doors stamped with the seven-pointed star seal the exits. A skeleton crew of technicians monitors the systems. The machines do everything else.
The cycle is self-sustaining: build weapons, arm officers, create demand, build more weapons. During high-threat events, shifts to "surge production" — raw materials in, ordnance out, faster and faster. Intruders trigger lockdown: blast doors seal, production arms repurpose as improvised weapons, incomplete drones deploy from assembly hooks as makeshift defenders. Breaking into the Armory means fighting the factory itself.
