Primary value is expendability — an Associate caught infiltrating an Emergence Faithful cell can be disavowed as a rogue seminary student. Most carry no NCC identification in the field. Catalog everything: tithe records, membership lists, schedules, personal devices. The intelligence is always more valuable than the confrontation.
